Technology
We have kept abreast of the latest machinery developments, and with a policy of continuing replacement, we now operate the latest in circular knitting and jacquard knitting machines. Our recent acquisition being a weft insertion machine for technical textiles.

Production
We produce between 40 and 50 tonnes of assorted fabrics a month and export 40% of our finished product to Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Europe.

Yarn Source
We source out yarns from Asia, Australia and Europe.

ISO Certification
Manukau Knitting Mills Limited is ISO certified and continually striving to improve our products.

Our ISO policy statement is “The design, development, manufacture and dyeing of knitted fabrics and home textiles , and technical textiles from natural, synthetic and blended fibres”.

Our Company achieved certification on 10 October 1994 -
AS/NZ ISO 9001: 1994 - Current QEC No. 14018

We recently achieved ISO 2000 certification.
